Q) How many sets of plans do I need to submit for any type of plan review?
A) 5 sets; fees are collected at the time of submittal; check fee schedule for current information. Plans are submitted to Jim Mathews, Fire Marshal, 824 Clark Avenue, Yuba City CA 95991, along with the required fees.

Q) How do I find out my current ISO rating?
A) ISO (Insurance Services Office) determines the ISO ratings and that information is purchased (by subscription) by insurance offices. Your insurance agent should have current information and can provide you with your ISO rating for your particular address.

Q) Do you offer CPR?
A) Yes, we offer CPR classes once per month; check link to CPR.

Q) How do I book a station tour?
A) Call Janelle at 822-4686. Tours are only conducted on Thursdays and Fridays, depending upon what station you are requesting.
